Nick Pye, developed his skill base with 8 years at international marketing consultancy The Value Engineers across a diverse range of clients and projects including work for BP, Unilever, Ford, Nintendo, Diageo, Barclays and T mobile. Here he designed research programmes incorporating both qualitative and quantitative techniques on a global scale

In 2003, he co-founded HV3 as a strategy and innovation consulting division of HeadlightVision (a WPP trends and research company), before moving on to the global management board ahead of its merger with Henley Centre in 2005.
